In addition to chimpanzees, the park is home to 12 other primates species which you will also enjoying encountering during your chimpanzee trek.

Detailed Itinerary of 3 Days Primate Safari – Kibale National Park
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Fort Portal
You will meet your guide/driver depending on your location in Kampala you will be picked by our guide embark on your 7hour drive through Fort portal. route lunch. Reaching fort portal in the afternoon for a lunch break. After lunch you will connect to nyakasura the home for stalgamites and stalactites which is one the historical sites in the Tooro region, then later in the evenning drive to your Hotel getting ready for evening dinner and overnight stay.
Accommodation: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi swamp walk.
After an early breakfast transfer Kanyanchu vistors center reaching by 8:00Am for breafing later you set off for chimpanzee tracking and on finding them you will spend an hour as your taking pictures and watch them and learning more of their behaviors in their natural habitat, expecting to meet a good number of other primates like black & white colobus, red tailed monkey or the grey cheeked mangabey and L’Hoest monkeys with several birds and plant species. Later in the afternoon return to your lodge for hot lunch and afternoon relax.
Day 3: End of Safari and transfer to Kampala/Entebbe.
On the 3rd day of your primates and wild life safari you will enjoy your breakfast and checkout to drive back to Kampala through the tea estates in the stunning landscape of kabarole with lush vegetation cover which will mark the end of 4 days primate safari and your guide will drop you to the identified location.
